Partner with HDC

As an active and engaged national NGO in East Africa, HDC is always looking to enhance its capacity, reach and impact through strong partnerships with domestic and international partners.

HDC is typically in need of:

  • technical advisory services;
  • international outreach and awareness raising;
  • volunteers in-country to assist with health, education, protection and counseling services;
  • fundraising support internationally;
  • capacity building and training for our team;

With close to 160 team members, spread across numerous locations, HDC is an active and vibrant organization, working in challenging circumstances.  We would be grateful to hear from any prospective partner that wishes to help overcome these challenges and build a stronger, sustainable tomorrow for our beneficaries.  You can reach us most easily at

HDC is proud of its various partnerships, and the longevity of its connection as a trusted partner of various donors. We have put in place effective systems for accountability, learning, ongoing monitoring and record keeping. HDC's partner network includes community based organisations, UN agencies and international and national NGOs within South Sudan and beyond. We work closely with partners to implement our projects in effective and accountable ways.

There are many opportunities for creating partnerships with HDC. We are interested in increasing our team's effectiveness, and innovating new interventions that advance our beneficiaries' welfare. We want to learn from the experiences of others, and to participate fully in clusters, and consortia that transform South Sudan. Some of our partners directly fund our activities while others consult on capacity building or assist with knowledge relating to our programmatic commitments.
